    but I used to live in Charlton Marshall, Dorset. 100 yards outside my back gate and I was in rural countryland

    Have you got the Countryside Detective book? Helps you spot the life that is your country lane - partly written by David Bellamy?

    You probably know a lot of the information between it's pages, but I think it's a good all round page turner for outings like this.

  5. Just found a note on my desk to remind me to look you up, having seen your passion on master chef thought it likely that you would start up a restaurant. Any plans afoot? Would definately be a customer!
