Delicious. I use a recipe from Nigella Lawson's Feast cookbook. The end result is wonderful and almondy!
ReplyDeleteHey Mat, belated congrats on your win btw...I was with you all the way! (Feel you were robbed of an actual prize though!)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the biscotti recipe, and will def. have a go at making these for my next Italian night!
Anyone who makes their own biscotti, well I'm afraid I'm going to have to add you to my blog roll now.
ReplyDeleteGreat recipe - love these. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteHi Mat, found your blog whilst Googling your name, tryign to see what you have become since you won MC 09 (well, I was hoping you've got that restaurant opened so I could hint what I want for my birthday to hubby here...there's always next year!). Am I blind? I'd love to try those biscotti, I love them all with coffee...but can't see it anywhere? all the best.
ReplyDeleteI can't see recipe either and would love to try!
